EDI / Data Capture Surveys
When the new consumer standard was introduced in April 2024, the Regulator of Social Housing made it clear under the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard that they expected landlords to use ‘relevant information and data to assess whether their housing and landlord services deliver fair and equitable outcomes for tenants’.
For some landlords, they do not hold sufficient data to assess whether or not they are providing equitable outcomes.
We can help plug the gaps in knowledge, giving you more robust household data for helping to shape services and tailor experiences based on individual needs and requirements.
Our online survey software can make it easier for residents to check and update relevant information, which you, as their landlord, need to ensure that you are giving them equitable outcomes
