Terms and Conditions

  1. The training will start on the date specified by TLF Research (The Leadership Factor Ltd) as stated on the website.
  2. If unable to attend the Client may:
    1. Cancel in writing at any time up to and including the fifteenth calendar day prior to the scheduled date of the course.
    2. Provide a substitute delegate prior to the start of the course.
  3. The Client agrees to pay the full fee to TLF Research for each delegate who, for any reason, fails to attend, or withdraws from a course without providing written notice of cancellation at least fifteen calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
  4. TLF Research reserves the right to cancel any training by sending written notice to the client not less than seven calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the briefing.
  5. If, where notice has not been given under clause 4, TLF Research is unable to complete or start the training as scheduled, because of illness or from any other cause beyond TLF Research’s reasonable control; TLF Research will attempt to remedy such a situation within reasonable time but will not be liable for failure to do so.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    1. In the event of any error or mistake occasioned by TLF Research’s personnel, or TLF Research’s suppliers’ personnel TLF Research’s liability shall be limited only to the amount of the company charges relating to the training which was subject to error or mistake. TLF Research shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or loss of whatsoever nature incurred by the client as a result of erroneous services or supplies.
    2. In no event will TLF Research be liable to the Client for any consequential or special damages that may be suffered by the client in connection with the supply and/or performance of the training. The Client shall hold the company fully indemnified against any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to its personnel and property as well as the personnel and property of those under contract to the Client during the execution of the training. Consequently the Client waives all rights of claim against TLF Research in this respect.
  7. The fee that is specified by TLF Research includes use of materials and publications where necessary, but does not include delegate travel or subsistence expenses.
  8. Payment in full for each briefing shall be due on application. TLF Research reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 3% per month or part thereof on any outstanding amounts until payment is made in full.
  9. The Client agrees to pay amounts equals to any taxes including Value Added Tax, paid or payable by TLF Research charged on the price of the training.
  10. TLF Research assumes no responsibility for delegate performance after course attendance.
  11. The booking application, where accepted and confirmed in writing by TLF Research, shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the stated briefing. Any amendments to this agreement other than those in writing and signed by both parties will be of no effect.

Terms and Conditions for TLF Research Twitter Prize Contests

  1. Prize: The prize is one free pack of “Storytelling Playbook” cards. There is no cash or alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are not transferable. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
  2. Winner selection: We will pick up a winner at random.
  3. Entry method/start and end date: To enter, you must follow @TLFResearch, then like and retweet the competition tweet on or before the relevant closing date. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries incomplete, delayed, Tweeted to the incorrect Twitter account or not received by the Promoter for whatever reason.
  4. Number of entries: Only one entry permitted per person. If you enter more than once we reserve the right to void all of your entries.
  5. Redeeming prizes: In order to receive your prize, the winner(s) is required to provide the Promoter with their full name and UK address by email to an address specified by the Promoter.
  6. Re-allocating prizes: Failure to acknowledge receipt of your win, or provide full name and UK address, within 24 hours of receiving notice from @TLFResearch will invalidate winner and we will pick an alternative winner. Winners' details will be available on request 30 days after the end of a promotion closing date by sending an email to info@leadershipfactor.com. You acknowledge that we may disclose your name and country of residence in the event you are a winner.
  7. General conditions: No purchase necessary to enter the Promoter’s Twitter promotions. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, all Twitter terms and conditions apply to the running of promotions and failure to comply with the Twitter terms of use which are displayed on www.twitter.com will invalidate your entry. If there is any conflict between the terms of a promotion and the Twitter terms and conditions then the former terms will apply.
