We're really pleased to bring you the Summer 2019 issue of our Customer Insight Magazine. We didn’t really set out to create a special issue, but this edition takes a look at businesses which are thriving through the use of non-traditional business models. We've got some great case studies and lots of interesting articles all designed to inform, stimulate debate and sometimes to provoke.
In this issue we dig into the strengths and weaknesses of subscription and access models and the features on BeerBods and Gousto explore the potential that these models offer for businesses able to connect to their customers and meet their needs in a unique way.
