CX Insight Framework Design
Understanding customers is not about a survey, it’s about a planned programme of research giving you the right insight in the right places.
You need this if:
Most organisations have a customer insight programme in place, but these have often evolved in response to immediate needs, and frequently bloated over time whilst leaving gaps and potential biases. We’ll review it all, recommend the best metrics and methodologies, and work with you to design a research programme that’s fit for the decision needs of the future.
What we do:
Week 0: Kick off and information-gathering questionnaire
Week 1-2: Engage with senior stakeholders
Week 1-2: Review existing programmes, questionnaires, reports, etc.
Week 3: Synthesis
Week 4: Final debrief and reporting
what you get:
Detailed Research Programme Outline
Including best practice advice on metrics, methodology, timing, response rates, qual/quant mix, reporting, etc
Full report
With detailed commentary and recommendations
