On Wednesday 29th March 2023 we hosted a live Q&A session on Zoom all about Customer Experience and Insight.

We welcomed delegates from a range of industries on the session and there was some great engagement on the day. We’d like to thank all the delegates who submitted a question before and during the session - we tried to get through as many of the questions as possible.
